Question: Court case was dismissed, we have proof that it was fake, we also believe the signature is forged What more do you need to know? I am in NV. and a contract states the venue and jurisdiction as NV. they filed a fraudulent Proof of Service with the court, saying we lived in CA. where it was served, it had been dismissed once before due to wrong venue and she refiled immediately I want to know how to have her prosecuted for this

I am confused. It appears from your post that you are the defendant in a contract dispute. If you were properly served and did not appear, then a default judgment would be entered. But you also say the case was dismissed. If you are the defendant, a dismissal is a good thing. If there was a default judgment based upon a false statement concerning valid service, you can move to have the default set aside on the basis it was obtained by fraud. If there was a false statement made in a declaration under penalty of perjury, you can report that to the local District Attorney for investigation.

You can get up to 100% Total and Permanent, Service Connected rating from the Dept of VA... But you have to File a Claim with the Dept of VA... (You are entitled to 2 years of Free VA Medical care, from date of Discharge...) You don't say if you have any Service Connection as yet ??? I do know that you need Treatment ASAP... There is a residential rehab for Women Veterans Only... All of the Staff are Females and it is in an secure facility on the Batavia NY VA Property. (Cameras outside and Police patrols etc...) (Comes under VISN II and the Buffalo NY VA) I can give you a name and contact numbers if you are interested ?? If you live around Buffalo NY can hook you up with a Female Service Officer also... It took us 10 years to get the Women's Only Facility opened...

You would have to file that information with the Court Clerk. Once you do that, you will however be considered served. The other party will have a chance to defend that claim. If they are successful, they will only be required to inform you of further proceedings. This is to say, they will not be required to get your signature to sue you. If you evade the service at that point, you will be deemed served. There are acceptable forms of service for service evading practices. If you keep showing up with a service defense, it will eventually lose you the case. You can have a case just on service and lose.

Here's a great place to start. It's unlikely you'll find many free peer-reviewed articles that will help, and websites certainly aren't an accurate source of information in all cases (and tend towards 'no cases' for things like this). Your school library should have access to this article, or be able to get it for you. Here's the citation and summary: Nature 446, 10-11 (1 March 2007) | doi:10.1038/446010a; Published online 28 February 2007 The lab that asked the wrong questions Lucy Odling-Smee Top of page Abstract Closure of parapsychology lab throws spotlight on scientific taboos. You can't prove a negative. It would require an investigation of EVERY instance that has ever or will ever be claimed. It doesn't matter that the subject of the attempted disproof. The best that you could achieve is to examine many cases and determine that they are all fake and then draw a conclusion that because X number of claimed cases were fake it is highly likely that all are.
