Take control of your own homework. Go to WordReference.com and use their conjugation feature. Bookmark it so you can use it often. For example, in your first sentence, the verb you must change is conoci (first person singular, preterite). The infinitive of that verb is conocer. Go to http://www.wordreference.com/conj/ESverb... Now pick the tense you want to substitute. Let's say you choose the simple present. Read across the chart to find the corresponding simple present form: conoceré. Now type the next infinitive into the search box and click on conjugar. See how easy it is to be self-sufficient?

1. Second paragraph: hacía (I don't know how well that shows up — accent on the i) 2. Last paragraph: sería (same thing, accent on i) 3a. "asevero" — do you mean "I say"? Or "he said"? If you mean "he said," this needs an accent on the o: aseveró. 3b. If that isn't it, try this: last paragraph: opening quotation mark missing. (In Spanish, though, dialog is usually indicated differently, most often by a dash, iirc...it's been a loooong time.) 3c. This one's pretty nit-picky, but it'd be an error in American. Last sentence: I don't know if the rules in Spanish are as stupid as in American English, or more logical as in British English, but in American English the comma would go inside the quotation mark (even though it's not part of the quote).
