You don't buy weapons, ammo and armor in Mass Effect 2. You buy "upgrades" from vendors or find them in the course of a mission. They will either be applied instantly or you then have to do the relevant research at the research console in Mordin's Lab on the Normandy. Even after buying the upgrade at a Vendor using your credits, researching costs resources such as Platinum, Element Zero or whatever. You will find one or two armor parts at certain vendors. These can be applied by going to Shepard's cabin on the Normandy and going to customise your appearance. You can only add these parts to the standard armor, not any DLC armors. There are 3 vendors on Omega, 4 on the Citadel, 3 (4 if you count the star chart vendor) on Illium and 2 on Tuchanka.

The destroy ending - with enough EMS, it has that sad feel to it knowing that the Geth and EDI die, but you know for certain that the Reapers are actually dead - you did what you went there to do. You've also saved all organics as the blast discriminates, so all technology is easily repaired and cities can be rebuilt. Its the mix between the sadness of the first part (with the track "the end of all things") combined with the hopeful epilogue with Admiral Hackett's inspiring speech. The control is a bit too wierd for me - an AI created with Shepard's memories but no empathy doesn't sound like a good idea, neither does forcing synthesis on every organic being. I'm not going to point out the flaws in some of these choices - but at face value I'd go destroy all the way. P.S (Refusal is just a ***** slap from Bioware for fans being too greedy).

It's a toss-up between Synthesis and Control for me. I did Destroy once for the purposes of experiencing all endings, and it's the one I hated the most. I mean, the scale of genocide committed in destroying the Reapers is unfathomable! And to lose all that collective knowledge is just too much of a sacrifice in my book. And for the Destroy people who say with enough EMS, sorry to burst your bubble, but Shepard wouldn't survive. Sure, you see him/her taking a breath, but the trauma suffered would require IMMEDIATE medical attention (especially considering all the synthetic implants that kept them alive are now destroyed). And considering there isn't any aide anywhere remotely close (nobody would even know where he/she is), the only result is a slow, agonizing death.

The Synthesis ending. Mostly because it seems to be completely in line with Commander Sheppard's character. I believe he would not hesitate to make that sacrifice, always placing the needs of the galaxy above his own.

you constantly find ammo in missions and your ammo starts at full at beginning of mission for everything except heavy weapon. In this case, i don't think you can buy it, you just find it in containers or from heavy weapon carrying enemies.

Saving the Geth and the Quarian both requires Tali not be exiled in Mass Effect 2. You also have to earn Legions loyalty in the previous game. Did you manage that? If not, her word doesn't carry enough weight for her to help you talk the Quarians down, and you get no choice option. If its not that, it could well be a bug.

This Site Might Help You. RE: Mass Effect 3: How to Save the Geth AND the Quarians - The real answer? I got so annoyed seeing all these fools posting lies and just stupid things that weren't even close to true to other people asking. It's like people where just outright making up things out of the sky and trying to pass it off as fact ~_~ Just horrible and WRONG info. Here is the REAL...
