Question: I'm doing a research article for class and I can't seem to find the percentage of people in the world who are diagnosed with insomnia. Does anyone know?

Insomnia, simply put, is a sleeping disorder which is characterized by one’s inability to sleep. Insomnia occurs in 30% to 50% of the entire world population. On a higher scale, 10% of these situations are under the so-called chronic insomnia already. Truth is it affects all people in any age or gender class. It is also more prevalent in women than in men. As a person ages, the more severe the symptom becomes.

I read the article and toward the end Hao Leifeng does write "He ignored his own father's advice to keep quiet, who was once the president of the US. Sheen is a disgrace, unfilial to his father and his fatherland." I'm not too thrilled with the "fatherland" comment either. But just this once I'm willing to cut Hao Leifeng a little slack. Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!! 1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems. 2. I had insomnia, but I never tried anything doctors told me to and still got rid of it. I, like you, had insomnia when I was about 19, and my doctor tried to give me sleeping pills and she said it would take affect in 4 days, but I still had to take it before then, so I didn't take the pills. I found out that if you really relax yourself right before trying to sleep, it works. My friend showed me these videos on Youtube. They are sleep meditation videos and the women who talks during the video, Lita, has the most relaxing voice. One of her videos is even about Insomnia Cure, which I have provided a link for below.
