Besides mystifying fairy tales and superstition, The Tao Te Ching explicitly encourages tall poppy syndrome, and instructs grumpy parents and military commanders to cultivate stupidity and ignorance in populations: Tao Te Ching Verse 56 http://www.wussu.com/laotzu/laotzu56.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tall_poppy_syndrome Also, the mystical and abstract sounding 'Tao', deliberately described as indescribable, is just another name for a monotheistic unity. Apparently a deliberate lie, specifically designed to injure the mind and secretly yet absurdly, suggest to each individual that they are God, planting seeds of psychotic delusion. Here is the scenario from the Christian monotheistic point of view - but solved: - There is a story about a solitary creator. However, if that story is accurate, and there is a solitary creator, it only has it's own awareness with which to make the world. And as such, since you know you are aware, YOU would be THAT solitary, eternally lonely God. Making worlds only to burn them down again as we are witnessing. And, because you are not God, as you know, there is no solitary, eternally lonely God. Only someone else, trying to grab you and drag you by the hair.

42:2 All things carry yin and embrace yang. By blending these two breaths, they achieve balance. 43:1 The softest thing in the universe can overcome the hardest thing. That which has no substance can penetrate where there is no space. 61:1 A large country is like the female of the world. It is like the delta of a river. 61:2 The female overcomes the male by submission. She places herself beneath him. You know the yin/yang symbol? Which is on top? Like an Escher print, perspective changes perception.

Chinese elderly priest usually are the ones who run the temples because they are usually highly sophisticated to the teachings of Tao Li Zing. My answer could be wrong because Tao also said that thier is no eternal answer that can be spoken.

The answer that can be expressed in words is no true answer. Edit: Try this http://taoism.about.com/od/roleofwomengender/The_Role_of_WomenGender_in_Taoist_Practice.htm

there are many cult groups using taoism as covers, including the use of spirit mediums. it is not popular with the young professionals & elite group. the taoist canon Dao Te Ching/ Dao De Jing are badly translated in english, as such westerners are still stumped by its content. only china scholars gave it good translations from archaic chinese (destroyed during Manchurian rule) to modern chinese. http://terebess.hu/english/tao/yutang.ht...

This sounds like a homework question. Why don't you google your question and see what you come up with?

Taoism wouldn't say anything about morality. it's not a religion so much as a way of life. I have to add an amazing way of life, i love Taoism
