So in your mind every illegal immigrant is receiving workmans comp, medical assistance, and living with 20 people. You also seem to be saying that all illegal immigrants are committing crimes, stealing jobs, and more. I don't really think you believe that!

Carlie Originally Answered: There is a murder case where an officer was killed by an illegal immigrate who are the litigants?
This is a criminal case, and so there are no litigants. Instead, the government charges the murderer with a crime. The standard of proof in this case would be "beyond reasonable doubt".

When you use the term litigant you take it out of the criminal into the civil. No idea what you are talking about but if you are talking about a civil case, where someone is suing another person or corporation then the burden of proof is reasonable doubt where the burden of proof in criminal is BEYOND reasonable doubt. Not accurate but on a scale reasonable doubt can be 50% sure they did it while beyond reasonable doubt can be 95% sure. The killing of any one can be heard criminally, where the state is the victim and civilly, where the person suing is the victim.

The officers name was Rodney Johnson and he was a Houston Police Officer The suspect was an illegal alien who had been deported in 1999, but illegally reentered the United States. On May 8, 2008 the suspect was convicted of capital murder. In addition, a federal grand jury indicted the owner of a landscaping firm who hired the suspect, accusing him of harboring an illegal alien. Officer Johnson had stopped a large white pickup truck occupied by a man and woman on Randolph at Braniff, just south of Hobby Airport, at about 5:30 pm. He placed the male driver under arrest after he was unable to produce a drivers license. After handcuffing the male, he placed him in the backseat of the patrol car and then returned to the driver's seat. The subject, while handcuffed and sitting in the backseat of the patrol car was able to move his hands to his front, retrieve a concealed handgun, and shot Officer Johnson in the back of the head four times. Despite being fatally wounded, Officer Johnson was able to push an emergency button, alerting dispatch to the incident. When other officers arrived, the male was still handcuffed and sitting in the patrol car, and the weapon was recovered. The woman who was in the vehicle during the traffic stop had fled but was also located and taken into custody. The proof was that the suspect was still in the Patrol car handcuffed with the pistol still in his possession

Maria "FEELS" that since the beginning of time, women have been the inferior gender.? Maria "EXPERIENCES TELL HER" that since the beginning of time, women have been the inferior gender.? Maria "IS TRYING TO EXPLAIN" that since the beginning of time, women have been the inferior gender.? Maria "SHOWS US" that since the beginning of time, women have been the inferior gender.? You could try altering the sentence a bit, something like: By saying nature restricts women from having the strength they can possess is indicative of Maria's point that since the beginning of time, women have been the inferior gender. If I think of anything else Ill submit it...

Many people have argued lack of strength women possess on nature. Women were considered an inferior gender and this was due to their biological makeup of genes. This theory has been proven wrong, but there are still religious notions existing calling women an inferior gender. For example, Adam's doom fate is blamed on Eve who couldn't resist eating that apple. She was unable to control her emotions.
