Hard decsion. what would you do? help? Topic: Case super m craigslist

Question: I was selling a big basketball arcade game on craigslist.. the ones you see in dave and busters, or any arcade really.. its really big! Anyways, I was selling it on craigslist for $100, but a guy came over and got me to go down to $80.. so since he was already here i told him ok. ( I spent $125 on it a few months ago for out game room in the basement) He couldn't fit it in his truck, so he said he is going to have to come back saturday with a trailer that he's gonna borrow off a friend. He did however hand me the $80 without a problem telling me he thinks I am nice and trustworthy, so he didn't have a problem giving me full payment up front. Right when after he left, I went back on the computer to delete my craigslist post.. Right before I did , I saw I had an email so I checked it and it was from another guy wanting to buy it. I emailed him back saying a guy was just here and gave me $80 for it but its still in my garage cause he couldn't haul it today and will be back Saturday to pick it up. He wrote be back saying that if i forget the other guy and let him have it, he'll come right now and give me $175! for it! He even called me and told me he's dead serious.. he doesn't live too far from me and he can be here by 7pm. (2 hours!) Now, money does talk! $175 compared to $80 is a pretty hefty difference and i wont lie,i am broke and can use the extra $95 (the difference)! So, what do I do?? My fiance told me its up to me since its my item i am selling, but he did give his opinion saying if it were his choice. he'd call the guy up that gave $80 and tell him that I had second thoughts and am going to wind up keeping it,and that im sorry, and that he can come anytime and get his $80.. but I have a heart and i'd feel bad!.. the game was for his 2 twin son's who he says (in his own words) "Basketball is an obsession of theirs, they are only 9 but this is all they talk about and think about it seems. They have an outdoor basketball hoop, but as soon as I showed them the photo of this last night (I had a photo of it on Craigslist).. they got super excited and wont stop asking me when we can bring it home". But.. at the same time.. Money is making me tempted to let the other guy buy it.. Helllllppp! lol. I don't even want to sell the thing at all, but we need any extra money this week as we can possibly get so we can pay our truck payment (Last week it was bad snowy weather here and we couldn't drive to work for 4 days which hurt out paychecks) Sorry its so long, and sorry its in this section.. i didn't know what section to put it in! How am I wasting his time???. He has to come back anyways to haul the thing off.. I told him numerous times before he came that he'll need a trailer to haul it with (that is what we used).. he said he thinks he'll be fine with the truck.. wrong!. Also, We bought the game months ago.. We aren't poor people.. we had a week of bad weather that wouldn't allow us to drive safely to the point of we couldn't get to work! Trust me, we are not some welfare cases who need pennies to pay for groceries or anything... just got hit rough this past week.

Hmm a moral problem... I myself would cancel on the $80 guy and sell to the $175 guy, but I'm not very morally inclined. If you are someone easily eaten by guilt, give it to the first man. Third option: Sell to the $175 man, then tell the first guy that it was stolen. In his eyes, you won't be guilty (may not be possible depending on the size of the object and the gullibility of the first man)

Pry the C key off and clean it. There's probably something interfering with the membrane under the key.

Before you do anything, carefully take a clean can of compressed air, wipe the nozzle, than clean out under the problem letter(s). This should hopeful help. If not, then the problem is probably with your keyboard, poor connection or something. So uunless you travel a lot, Iwould suggest a external or wirles keyboard. They can be had for under $50. $80 for a reall nice one and a wirless mouse too. Sam's has great deal's on these, otherwise, i would try bestbuy, or curcuit city.

Time for a new one! Try blowing it out with some compressed air, that may work. Sometimes things get caught under the keys and cause this ti happen. If this isn't it, just buy a new one. System builder over 15 years in business.

That was a pretty dumb thing to waste money on when you can't even afford a car payment. If you want to give guy #1 his money back and sell it to guy #2 for more money that is sh**** of you. I'd say you closed the deal when guy #1 handed you the money. Even though guy #1 gets his money back he still had to come out to your place twice. You are wasting his time.

the old control board probably can't handle drives 1 Tb in size. if you have a reasonably capable desktop, just open that and put the 1 Tb drive into it permanently. Otherwise, you'll need to buy an external enclosure that'll handle a 1 Tb drive -- think they're about $17 at newegg

When you dropped it, the read/write heads scraped across the platter surface, gouging the magnetic coating off. If you can access it, run Chkdsk /f on it, it may be able to mark the damaged sectors as bad, but if the MBR is physically damaged, it's a total loss.
