Look in a phone/business directory of Event/Wedding Planners. Call them. Get advice on where to find the chair. The planners have access to supplementary information as to where to obtain whatever their clients want for the planned occasion. Good luck.

If you are single owner, The LLC is required to be filed in your 1040 personal tax . Use form 8829 to file and calculate expenses for business use of your home. Use schedule C line 30. Yes, you can deduct a prop of the rent you pay

Your other posts indicate the LLC is a partnership. As a partnership you file a 1065. As a partnership you have either an oral or written partnership agreement. If the agreement is written AND states that each partner is responsible for his own expenses, THEN you go publication 587 and follow the instructions. 1. If the home office meets the requirements of exclusive and regular use as a business, and 2. If you met the agreement test above, then 3. You use WORKSHEET in the publication (*not* the form), and 4. You enter tha allowed expense (if any) on schedule E when you file.

The answer depends on the LLC. What does it do? Do you have appointments at the address?? Do you have a room situated as an office? Please clarify. NOTE you can deduct the space EXAMPLE House living AREA space 3,600 sq ft. and Office area 600 sq. ft. All of the house expenses may be deducted but only to a PERCENTAGE of the whole area and in this case 600 sq. ft. divided by 3,600 and carries over to the electric bill, water, cleaning, etc. It is best you see the Schedule C for this part of the business deductions. See IRS Form 8829 to claim expenses for use of your home. Also, take note that driving expenses are also deductible for business purposes too. Good Luck and Merry Christmas!!!! 2009 Instruction 1040 Schedule C File Format: PDF/Adobe Acrobat - Quick View Form 8829 to claim expenses for business use of your home. You cannot deduct the expense on your LLC. The home office requirements are pretty complicated. You should check out the information on IRS.gov in order to determine if your office qualifies for this deduction. The space that you use as a home office has to be used specifically for the business.

Brady Originally Answered: When writing a check for storage rent and it clearly is written rent pd thru 4/11/09 space # etc?
It depends on the rental agreement. Many agreements have a clause about how payments are applied, because landlords don't like tenants dictating what they are or not paying. However, some states prohibit landlords from applying a late fee to a payment if it causes another late payment. The landlord may not have to tell whether a payment is late or not. The contract should clearly specify when payments are due and when payments are late.

Check your contract. It would be on there. Being aware of being a day late is not an excuse. Ignorance of an issue, does not exclude the rules from applying.
