Do blacks agree with the statement below that was posted on Yahoo Answers today?
Topic: Personal statement limits
July 15, 2019 / By Abigil Question:
"He's [McCain] a white racist jerk like all white people. In 2008 blacks will be redeemed a little for the white sin of slavery. We will have our reparations and get the good goverment contracts."
Quote: "I'm sorry to say that I haven't met a white person yet that deep down is not racist. I'm not saying they are bad people. I'm talking about good tolerant white people when in a all white group and race comes up, they are all racist, but they are sane enough not to be aggressive."
So, based on your limited experience, you have concluded that all white people are racist???

The American Citizens whether Native Indian, Oriental, Alaskan Eskimo, Hispanic, Polynesian, Middle Eastern and Caucasians who have also suffered through hard and difficult times are fed up listing to the Blacks throw something in their face that happened well over a 100 years ago.
The great cross section of races in this country do not owe the blacks anything. Even though they think so and demand it.
Blacks are the only ones that scream "Racial Prejudice" at the drop of a hat when something does not go their way or they want something. This is what they have been taught to do all of their life.
They have beaten all races in the US over the head with "Slavery". It's past time for this to come to an end.
The black leaders are the ones who keep the fires of Racism burning for their own personal gains.
One can not even start up a normal every day conversation about anything with a black that does not get to "Racial Prejudice", "Racism" or "Slavery" within 10 minutes of the start of the conversation.
Not so with any of the other races in this country. One never hears about the Chinese, Native Indians, Hispanic or the majority of Caucasians who immigrated to this country Slavery.
They have put it behind them and work for their achievements and success. That is the "American Dream".

I wouldn't even agree to that statement with a gun to my head.
It is proven that whites vote in greater numbers for blacks than vice versa. For example, does anyone honestly believe that a good Republican wouldn't vote in a heartbeat for Condaleezza Rice?
The concept of reparations is ridiculous. Besides, and I know this will shock you because I'm just a white guy (way too white; I need to go to the tanning booth quick!): I was a slave!
At least, I was virtually a slave to corporations that worked me to death, paid me badly, treated me worse, and then dumped me at the first sign of trouble.
So where's my reparations?
My grandfather came from Europe where, if he didn't leave for America, would be conscripted to serve in the army where he would be treated worse than a slave because the army recruits were just cannon fodder. Slaves were costly possessions that had to be treated decently. Otherwise, it would be like running your new BMW with no oil.
I want reparations for my grandfather.
I'm pretty sure his country was invaded over the centuries by different groups, so to be safe I want reparations from the Mesopotamians, the Hussites, the Turks, and the Syrians.

You are getting a lot of answers from people who don't appear to be black. Your question assumes all black people have the same opinion. You did note that McCain is white including his hair; a plus for you. Slavery is a mutual relationship between captors and captured. About 29 million American Indians chose to die rather than slave. How do you value life?

If they can show me some slave-derived assets I own then I'll be ready to talk about reparations.

I wasn't a slave, but I know I'm not lilly white, I know I don't look like your momma or grandma or greats as far you want to take it, I look like my great great great grand mother. People with their so whatever attitudes kill me! Yeah you should think that crap was messed up, (free labor, beatings, burning, raping of woman) that's to much for the American's human race to comprehend. Well I'll keeping praying that lord lifts the eyes of the ignorant! Love thy neighbor as thy love thyself!! Love my good white people that not for you guys! PEACE

American Thinker has some of the best articles on the web. The circumstances left from Sandy are difficult to imagine. I suspect this is why their are so many survivalists now. They don't want to have to deal with what they might feel compelled to do to provide for their needs. Everyone knows if someone is trying to steal their children's food, civility becomes very irrelevant. I was on vacation when Katrina hit and all that week following. It was horrible. I was glued to this live coverage and yet it sickened me. What a way to spend a vacation but far better than being a victim. They kept reporting one horror after the other mostly involving the bad human behavior. I wanted to hear the good. How neighbors helped neighbors. Outlyers coming in to help, etc, etc. But there wasn't much of that.
I have noticed there are some on Yahoo who try to remain civil. Others don't bother as they find opposing opinions to be reason for name calling or worse. Some block people and/or stalk people to suspend their account. Others may even send a not so sweet virus to your computer. Thank goodness for good programs to stop them. It does make you wonder what would happen to these people if faced with a really tough situation rather than just someone who has a different view.
