Question: I am doing an exercise but it is kind of difficult! please help me! :) Complete the sentences 1-7 using noun phrases formed from the words in brackets. 1. They sell cheap (men,shirts) at the (stall, clothes) at the (open air,market, Wednesday) I think the correct sentence would be: They sell men´s shirts at the clothes stall at the Wednesday open day market (I am not really sure if this sentence is right) 2. We had a (discussion, next week, lessons) at (yesterday, meeting, staff) I think it would be: We had a discussion of next week´s lessons at yesterday´s staff metting (again i am not really sure if the sentence is right) 3 I left my (key, front door) on the (kitchen, table) 4 My (neighbour, next door) works as a (presenter, quiz,show) on (breakfast, television) 5 I got the (six o´clock, bus) and it was a (one hour, journey) to the (airport, city) 6. Although she is a (woman, great intelligence) she unfortunately seems to lack a (sense, humour) 7. I read an interesting (article, language, learning) in (Sunday, edition, the Times) I am desperate please help me.This is really confusing! Thanks in advance! I dont know the right sentences from number 3 to number 7! thats why i didnt write them!

Although she is a (woman, great intelligence) she unfortunately seems to lack a (sense, humour)- ANSWER: Although she is a woman of great intelligence she unfortunately seems to lack a sense of humour 7. I read an interesting (article, language, learning) in (Sunday, edition, the Times)- ANSWER: I read an interesting learning language artical in the Times Sunday edition Hope this helps :)

3. I left my key to the front door on the kitchen table. 4. My next door neighbor works as a quiz show presenter on television. 5. I got the six o'clock bus and it was a one hour journey to the city airport. 6. Although she is a woman with great intelligence, she unfortunately seems to lack a sense of humor. 7. I read an interesting language learning article in Sundays edition of the Times. These are the best way that I can figure them to be done. If they are wrong, I am sorry. I gave my answers in such a short knick of time. Your welcome. P.S. 1. They sell cheap men's shirts at the clothes stall at the open air market on Wednesday. Number 2 seems to be correct.

I left my FRONT DOOR KEY on the KITCHEN TABLE. 4. My NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOUR works as a QUIZ-SHOW PRESENTER on the BREAFAST TELEVISION. 5.
